We never miss having Grilled Pork Chops every Sunday. It's like a family tradition to enjoy this food with kinilaw na isda (Raw Fish Salad). It brings back memories whenever I see and eat this food. Here's my simple recipe of Grilled Pork Chops
Ingredients:
4 to 6 pork chops
Marinade:
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoon calamansi or lemon juice
3 cloves garlic
How to prepare:
Marinate pork chops for 20 to 30 minutes.
Then grill!
It's very easy!
Best when served with rice and dipping sauce! Garnish with cucumber and lettuce.
